Parenting is heart and soul work.

When you're raising a child who is struggling and in distress, it's easy to feel lost and overwhelmed. There's so much advice, expectation, fear, and worry that can cloud your intuition. You may find yourself wondering if you’ve failed, if you were meant to be a parent, or if it will ever get easier.

The reality is, there is no one "right" way to parent - especially if you're raising a child with unique needs and challenges.

Let’s work together to release the pressures of external and internal expectations, and instead focus on more deeply coming to know the human you're raising. Let’s approach your daily challenges with creativity and playfulness, and find solutions that are in alignment with your child’s needs and your own values. Let’s prioritize connection, attunement, and authenticity, so that you and your child can bloom right here and right now, in the life you are building together.
